Introductions To Shoe mold Silicone Rubber
Component A is a kind of white flowing liquid and component B is the curing agent. Take 100g of silicone rubber and add 3-5% curing agent for mixing. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. Then pour the liquid silicone rubber into the mold frame or onto the product to be duplicated.
Storage Method and Precautions of Shoe mold Silicone Rubber
The product, which is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the limited time. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration

Silicon rubber for mold making is a kind of white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50shore A after curing. Molding silicon rubber is a kind of elastic silicon rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good elongation, good tensile and tear strength.
Operations of Silicon rubber for mold making
If the customer wants to make products and silicone molds in large size, the mold should be made of silicon rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precise patterns, it should be made of silicon with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent added depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If fast drying and demold is required, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if slower drying and demold is required, then less curing agent is needed.
(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicon oil into the silicone rubber. If the products require a special soft silicone mold or have fine detailed and complex patterns, 5% - 10% silicon oil could be added to soften the mold for easy demold.)

HY-E625# addition molding silicone is generally named two-components silicone rubber, Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. The mixing ratio is 1:1, mainly be suitable for making molds application.

OPERRATING INSTRUCTION:
1. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on the surface of your product.
Note: The model should not have been used to make molds for tin cured silicone rubber before. Otherwise, the addition silicone will not get cured. (Use a new model to test it)
2. Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates.
3. Mixing part A and part B with 1:1 mixing ratio and stir evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuumizer, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused)
4. Pour the mixture into the model frame.
After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold .
SHELF LIFE:
Twelve (12) months from date of shipment when stored at 24℃ in original unopened packages.

•HY-638# silicon rubber is mainly used for toy gifts and craftwork gifts with the advantages of good tensile strength, high tear strength, high temperature resistance, high duplication times and repeated use, etc.
•It is suitable for small products or fine and precision products which is difficult to demould.
•This silicone rubber is one of the products with the highest use level in the production of craftwork gifts and the shrinkage is up to 2‰.
•Applications: poly technique, lightings, candles, and molds in multiple pieces for large products.
RTV-2 molding silicon rubber and silicone rubber are general called two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber with excellent fluidity and good operational performance.
•Add curing agent of 2%-3% at the room temperature, the silicone rubber is still operational within 30 minutes, and in 2-3 hours, an elastic silicon mold will be obtained with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid and alkali and expansion.
•The silicone rubber is mainly applicable to mold duplication of poly crafts, resin craftworks, lightings, candles, etc. and fabrication of precision molds.
Operation instruction for RTV-2 molding silicone rubber: 　　
•The product is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22—50A°after curing.
•If the customer wants to make large products and large size molds, the mold should be made of silicone rubber with high hardness.
•On the contrary, if the mold with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicon with low hardness.
•The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer.
•If molds requiring fast drying and demould, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.
Note:
•our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil into the silicone rubber.
•If a special soft silicon mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demould.
The proportions and reactions of the curing agent and the silicon are listed as follows: 　　
•Adding curing agent 1%, the silicone can still be operated within 2.5 hours and can be demoulded after 6-8 hours. 　　
•Adding curing agent 2%, the silicone can still be operated within 50 minutes to 1 hour and can be demoulded after 2-3 hours. 　　
•Adding curing agent 3%, the silicone can still be operated within 28 - 30 minutes and can be demoulded after 1.5-2 hours.
•Adding curing agent 4%, the silicone can still be operated within 10 - 15 minutes and can be demoulded.
