Remember to mix them evenly and pour it on your mold. 2-4 hours later, you can obtain a printing pad.

The reasons why the silicone pad has a short service life are listed as follows:
(1)The problem caused by inappropriate filtration of silicone rubber, and impurities in the packaging process due to the uncleanness of barrels and bags.
(2)The short service life of the silicone pad has a close relationship with the adding amount of silicone oil. The more the silicone oil added, the softer the silicone pad will be. The silicone oil will destroy the molecule of the silicone rubber, thereby bringing about the non-durable and easy ageing of the silicone pad.
(3)All the users should know the properties of pad printing silicone rubber. The service life of the silicone pad has close relationship with the size of the printed patterns. For example, if a big pattern to be printed, a big silicone pad is required; if a small pattern to be printed, a small silicone pad (the silicone pad has to be adjusted according to the size of the patterns, and the proportion between the size of the silicone pad and the pattern is 3:1.)

1.Application of Silicone Rubber Mouldings
Silicone Rubber Mouldings mainly used for shoe molds, sand casting, sole sampling, plaster models, simple products, products with non-complex patterns, as well as product models with stable size and non-deformation.
2.Operation instruction of Silicone Rubber Mouldings
Silicone Rubber Mouldings is composed of two components.Component A is white flowing liquid while component B is the curing agent.
Steps:
a.take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly.
b. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles.
c.After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.
Note: Silicone Rubber Mouldings is used for pouring or brushing technique. That is to say,
firstly fix the product or sole model to be duplicated onto a plane plate,
then enclose the plane frame with wooden plates to prevent the leakage of the silicon ,
thirdly mix the silicone rubber and the curing agent evenly according to the mixing ratio of 100 : 2 and pour them onto the sole model,
at last brush evenly with a wooden plate or a brush, and fill up the mold frame with gypsum after the silicone rubber is dried.
3.Storage and Precautions of Silicone Rubber Mouldings
Silicone Rubber Mouldings, which is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.

4.FAQ of mould making silicone rubber
Why could the silicon mold be reused only for a few times?
It can be due to the following reasons:
a. Adding too much silicone oil in to silicon rubber. Silicone oil is an additive which destroies the molecular weight of silicone rubber and reduce the tension and tear strength.
b. Using the silicon rubber with a high hardness to make molds for small sized products with delicate and intricate designs and the silicon rubber with a low hardness to makes molds for large sized products with simple designs.
Notes: we should choose the silicon rubber specifically according to the requirements of our products to avoid this problem.

4. Operation Instructions for Manual Molding Silicone Rubber
Manual molding silicone rubber is a flowable liquid, and the quality has nothing to do with the color. It consists of two component. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing agent. Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the original model, take some liquid silicone rubber, add 2%-3% curing agent of the amount of silicon, and mix them evenly. Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you can pour it into the mold frame. The silicone mold will cured in 2-3 hours.
Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 mins ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuumizing, it will not be operated.
5. FAQ of Manual Molding Silicone Rubber
How to prevent silicone manual molds getting sticky?
The main reason for this problem is that you do not handle the products or original molds well, then you should deal with the original mold or products carefully before molding. Such as for the products with a complicated pattern or a unsmoothed surface, you should polish and clean the products after which it will be molded ,then spray the release agent. Normally, the release agent can be Vaseline , detergent. liquid wax Etc. In practical process, you can bush different release agent according to different material.
The second reason is that the operator pour the silicone into the mold when the mixture is mixed evenly, then the finish silicone mold will not cure and dry entirely.

Pad printing silicone rubber is two-component silicone, part A is liquid silicon rubber, part B is catalyst. The usual mixture of silicone rubber and catalyst is 100: 2 or 100: 3. E.g. we take 100g of liquid silicon rubber and 2g-3g catalyst, mix them and pour it to your mold. A fter 2-4 hours, you will get a Pad printing silicone rubber.
4. FAQ of pad printing silicone rubber
Why the silicon pad is non-durable？
This problem is caused not by the liquid silicon rubber itself, but in the process of filtering, the filtering handled not properly and impurities are not all filtered out; or in the process of packing as containers not cleaned thoroughly.
As the silicon oil will break the molecular chain of the silicon rubber. More silicon oil added, softer the pad printing will be, meanwhile nondurable and easy ageing it will also turn to be.
Some customers do not know well about the performance of silicon rubber. Actually, the durability of printing pad is closely related to the size of printing pattern. Some factories do not want to take the trouble to change the printing pad. While in fact, for large pattern, large silicone pads should be used, otherwise, use small one.(Generally, the ratio of the silicone pad to printing pattern is 3:1)

3.Operation instruction of shoe mould silicone rubber
The component A of shoe Mold Silicone Rubber is white flowing liquid and the component B is the curing agent. For example, take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.
Notes:Shoe mould silicone rubber is used for pouring or brushing technique. That is to say, fix the product or sole model to be duplicated onto a plane plate, then enclose the plane frame with wooden plates to prevent the leakage of the silicon , mix the silicone rubber and the curing agent evenly according to the mixing ratio of 100 : 2 and pour them onto the sole model, then brush evenly with a wooden plate or a brush, and fill up the mold frame with gypsum after the silicone rubber is dried
